Introduction The Leadership Acceleration Program (LeAP) is an annual leadership journey designed exclusively for Project Leads and Engagement Managers at International Innovation Corps(IIC), University of Chicago Trust, India. Running successfully for two consecutive years, the program spans three months and follows a blended learning approach, combining face-to-face and virtual sessions. LeAP is tailored to the consulting industry, ensuring its relevance to the real-world challenges faced by project leaders.

Program Design and Delivery LeAP is a meticulously structured program that blends theory with practical, real-life applications. Experts develop case studies based on insights gathered from management and participant interviews. These case studies reflect real challenges faced by project managers in the social sector, making learning highly contextual and impactful. The program also facilitates direct engagement with senior government officials, sponsors, partners from expert organizations, and team fellows, providing a comprehensive leadership development experience.

Program Objectives LeAP is designed with the following objectives:

A customized virtual training program was designed and delivered to more than 100 employees across India.
