I attended the leadership training designed and executed by Richa at the University of Chicago Trust, India. Through the two and a half months of training, I found the sessions quite useful, applicable, and adaptable for the audience. The sessions included case studies, discussions, and globally standardized leadership-building skills. Her training contributed significantly to my ability to manage teams and stakeholders.
